My Legacy Lives On

Fred M. Hughes embodies the American Male.  Strong, yet meek.  Predatory, yet a pussycat.  Adventurous, but a homebody.  Virile, yet vulnerable.  Assertive, yet humble.  Gridiron tough, yet appreciative of a hug. Equally at home at a UCLA tailgate party, on a mountain bike, or in a pottery class, Fred personifies the paradox that is the American male.  A little bit of Country, a little bit of Rock n' Roll.  The lone wolf who needs to curl up on the couch in his PJ's to watch The Bridges of Madison County, Fred is more inclined to root for the underdog (like UCLA) than address collegiate regrets and become a Trojan (a secret life-long dream).  A lion who needs to roar, but a lamb who cowers down, man-boy Fred embraces his masculine AS WELL AS his feminine sides.  Tanned, fit, straight (with the possible exception of one wild vacation at a villa in Tuscany with in-law Ralph and a thumbless bicycle mechanic named Luigi....but we digress), handsomely wealthy, and single, "The Fred" (as he's known to his friends) is an American Icon.  His is an American tale.......
